Won't be joining Dating Direct again.

I have to be honest and say that overall, its not a bad site and have come across some nice people. What has prompted me not to join again is the fact that no longer can you un-subscribe from what will be an automatic re-newal unless you cancel. You sign up online, but to un-subscribe....you have to actually ring a telephone number and speak directly (India I think) with someone in a call centre. You used to be able to cancel subscriptions online - Why have DD changed this? There is no logical reason other than making it just that much harder to cancel. Shame on you DD. In summary, I would not recommend Dating Direct to a friend.
