Free but flawed

I know, I know, it's free and you get what you pay for, however the bugs on this site often make it quite unusable.
For a start the their photo policy is extremely strict; the photos have to be of your face or forget it. And don't even *think* about being creative, they'll just get taken down.
I've had problems with passwords changing themselves, photos not showing, my homepage not showing, just a really bug-riddled site. Which, sadly, offers no help or support for these issues.
Again, I know it's free, but surely users are entitled to something a little better?
In summary, I would not recommend Flirt Box to a friend.
