It's so hard to see the good points on this site. The ice breaker messages are a real pain. These are basically messages sent by new members that get sent to half of England (supposedly local contacts). You get so many in your inbox it's hard to sift through them in order to find the messages that have actually been sent to you personally. It's just like spam. I contacted support to see if they could be disabled. Unfortunately they can't. I think the reason behind it is to make account look active. I just don't see the point. A total waste of money. The only positive it's that support get back to you. There are way better dating sites out there and ones that are free.
In summary, I would not recommend Urban Social to a friend.
