One of the advantages of datetheuk is its number of features. It takes nearly all the most useful features that the other dating sites have and puts them together. This means that you can make personalised searches, build a profile that suits you, chat in community chat rooms or to individuals, share photos and videos, wink, flirt, broadcast yourself with a welcome message, book tickets to a singles event and more. It can be a little bewildering at first but datetheuk.com keeps things relatively simple by having everything in dropdown menus at the top of the screen. What might have been a nice addition, beyond all the extra features, would have been a few unique ones. But it’s rarely long enough to find a date for most people. Upgrading to premium isn’t a particularly cheap experience at £34.99 for a month, either, which means you’re then made to consider extending your paid membership to 3 or 6 months to get better value. The technical support mainly consists of a list of problems and possible answers, though it’s not the easiest to browse through, particularly if you’ve a very specific issue. You can, however, email the admin team with an issue if you cannot seem to solve it elsewhere.

Datetheuk.com isn’t the most original UK dating site available. Its formats work on similar ones from other websites, but it does combine them to produce something a bit more special. Its profile creation is more in depth than most, meaning members will get a better idea of who you are, and its membership numbers are high enough that you’re likely to get a number of matches who might just turn out to be the partner you were looking for!
